About: Persevere On Purpose

Persevere On Purpose (POP) is a girls and womens non profit organization that's committed to breaking barriers by creating economic growth in the individual lives and communities it serves. They facilitate, collaborate and engage the community by providing resources, access and training that  empower and support entrepreneurship and 21st century skills in business. They specifically work with girls and women to build confidence, self-awareness and skills so that they can thrive in business and give back to the community. POP encourages principles and values that teaches/enhances communication, business etiquette, accountability, integrity, courage, and perseverance to name a few. 
Founder's Torri Grice and Alisha Boyd have successfully started and managed profitable businesses and want to share their knowledge and expertise to girls and women across the world.  After many years of  pursuing their own dreams, overcoming failure, learning from their challenges,they are now focused on empowering young girls and women to boldly step into business and life. They believe that women are a powerful catalyst for strengthening our community.
